Abstract

This book review is for presentation purposes the. of Problems or obstacles to Dharma practice. Dharma teaching of Buddhadasa Bhikku had the objective for the review to present the strengths and shortcomings of the compiled text. Buddhadasa Bhikku hopes that readers will understand the problems that obstacle to practice. Whether it is a solution to the Patipattipañhāparithas which talks about the causes of problems in the practice of Dharma were that 1) Problems arising from the rule, 2) problems due to practice and 3) problems due to rejection. Reviewers found the content structure to be systematic. The chapters are divided into paragraphs that easy to read. As for the content, it can be classified as the very essence of Buddhism which is quite difficult and there are more Pali words. But there is an explanation for the reader to understand. There is an example and the use of language for invites the reader to contemplate throughout the story. Although the Dharma content may be difficult for a beginner to study Dharma. But there are content that aims to straighten out many obstacles in order for the mortal to destroy their self-confidence and lead to nirvana which is above suffering and happiness.
