Time Management and School Effectiveness Administrators under Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area 5

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study time management and the effectiveness 2) to study the effects of time management on school administrators effectiveness 3) to study the relationship between time management of school administrators and School Administrative Effectiveness Under Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area 5. It is a Survey Research. The sample group consisted of 328 school administrators and teachers randomly obtained by using the Krejcie & Morgan table. The research tools were questionnaires with coefficients. The reliability was 0.90 and the IOC values were from 0.80 to 1.00. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis.
The research result finds that:
1. The overall of 6 aspects is at the highest level and the level of effectiveness of school administration with the overall picture of 4 aspects being at the highest level.
2. The correlation coefficient between management looked at the return on all aspects of management, always positive and previously moderate, with statistical significance at the .01 level.
3. There were two aspects of time management that affected the school's effectiveness, namely the sequencing of activities, and useless time management and the multiple correlation coefficient was .767, which was statistically significant at the .01 level, with a predictive coefficient or predictive power of 58.80%.
