A Study of Factors Affecting the Administrative Success According to the Principles of Good Governance of Administrarors of Rajaprajanukroh School Under the Northeast Special Education Bureau

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the factors affecting success in administration according to good governance principles of the administrators of Rajaprachanukroh School 2) to comparatively the factors affecting success in administration according to good governance principles of the administrators of Rajaprachanukroh School classified by status, educational background, and work experience; 3) to study the guideline for development and promotion of administration according to the principles of good governance of Rajaprachanukroh school administrators. This study was carried out by means of mixed-method research. The sample group consisted of 317 school administrators and teachers, obtained by using Krejcie and Morgan's ready-made tables. Set the sample size. Stratified sampling. The research tools were a questionnaire and an interview form. The reliability value of the entire questionnaire was 0.98. The quantitative data were analyzed using percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The research results were as follows:
1. The factors affecting success in administration according to good governance principles of the administrators of Rajaprachanukroh School under the Northeast Special Education Bureau were at a high level in an overall perspective. The aspect with the highest practice was the school factors, followed by factors of administrators and teachers, respectively.
2. The comparison of the factors affecting success in administration according to good governance principles of the administrators of Rajaprachanukroh School under the Northeast Special Education Bureau classified by status, educational background, and work experience did not show any statistically significant difference.
3. The guideline for the development and promotion of administration according to the principles of good governance of Rajaprachanukroh school administrators under the Northeast Special Education Bureau is that as follows (1) the rule of laws: strictly comply with the rules and regulations; (2) ethics: adherence to morality and ethics, sincerity and sympathy for subordinates; (3) transparency: to be honest and be able to check and follow up the success of the administration; (4) participation: they should listen to opinions and hold a meeting to clarify with the participants in decision-making and operations; (5) accountability: be aware of the rights and duties, and social responsibility; (6) value for money: take into account the maximum benefit to the public in management.
