Political and Administrative Concepts that Appear in Principles of Pum Raja Dharma

Abstract

This academic article aims to present the issues of political ideologies and governing principles evident in the royal principles of Pum Raja Dharma and governing ideologies and ethical dimensions evident in the principles of royal governance, this important principle in history and political governance illustrates how political ideologies and ethical principles influence the context of political governance, applied according to teachings from Buddhism and Brahmanism the relationship of power dynamics for ethical governance involves using authority in a balanced manner to explain a leader's ethical behavior in governance. According to the principles of royal governance, guidance on the use of power by the ruler must aim to create a just governance composed of Buddhist and Brahmanist principles, which uphold ethical conduct for governing the people peacefully and sustainably.
