Abstract

This book review is aimed to present being mindful of the present moment by being aware of what you like and what you don't like about the work you do. If we do that work with an empty mind and no ego, that work will be creative work with proficiency. It leads to enlightenment because of a lack of consciousness the power of ego will cause violence and oppression leading to war. This is because they do not know the value of others. Being mindful and having no ego makes one see the value of others without discrimination. Therefore, one who wishes to achieve his goal should not seek the truth from imagination or outside forces. You should train your own mind to escape from the world of thoughts by being mindful of the present moment.
