The Administrative Factors Influencing Internal Educational Quality Assurance According to the Four Iddhipāda Principles in Local Administrative Child Development Centers in Phanat Nikhom District, Chonburi Province

This research aimed to: 1) study the factors influencing internal educational quality assurance according to the Four Iddhipāda Principles at local administrative child development centers in Phanat Nikhom District, Chonburi Province; 2) explore the factors affecting the management of internal educational quality assurance according to the same principles in these centers; and 3) analyze the impact of the Four Iddhipāda Principles affecting the management of internal educational quality assurance according to the same principles in these centers. The research utilized a mixed- methods between quantitative and qualitative data. The research sample group of 152 administrators and teachers, 12 key informants. The research instrument was a questionnaire and interview. The statistical methods used for data analysis included percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The research results were as follows:
1. The factors of educational quality assurance management according to the 4 factors of the local administrative organization child development center in Phanat Nikhom District found that 1) administrators and policies factors, 2) management factors, 3) personnel factors, 4) resources and support factors, and 5) organizational culture factors, all 5 factors were implemented at the highest level.
2. The administration factors influencing internal educational quality assurance according to the Four Iddhipāda Principles were at the highest level overall and across all individual aspects. The factors, ranked by descending means, were: resources and supporting elements; personnel; organizational culture; management and administrators, and policies.
3. The Four Iddhipāda Principles affecting the management of internal educational quality assurance according to the same principles in these centers are: (1) administrators and policy determination; (2) management; (3) quality assurance personnel and (4) organizational culture.
