Teacher Skill Development in Using the Bookmarksdg 2024 Program to Record Student Quality Development Results (Por.Por.5) At Rajaprajanugroh 50 School, Khon Kaen Province, Under the Office of Special Education Administration

Abstract

This action research aimed to: 1) enhance teachers at Rajaprajanugroh 50 School, Khon Kaen Province, with knowledge and understanding of the BookMarksDG 2567 program, 2) develop teachers’ skills in applying the program; and 3) examine their satisfaction with the development activities. The participants consisted of one researcher and eight co-research teachers from all subject areas. Additional information was provided by three key informants: the school director, the deputy director for academic affairs, and the teacher in charge of the registration–assessment unit. The teacher development process comprised four approaches: self-learning, workshops, task assignments, and supervision. Research instruments included tests, interviews, meeting records, supervision records, ability assessment forms, and satisfaction questionnaires. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The findings revealed that:
1.Teachers’ knowledge and understanding of the BookMarksDG 2567 program significantly improved, particularly those who did not meet the criteria in the first cycle, but succeeded after the second cycle.
2. Teachers’ skills in using the program to record students’ learning quality performance (Por.Por.5) were at a high level, with further improvement in the second cycle.
3. The satisfaction of the co-researching teachers with the skill development process was at the highest level.
