Development of Learning Management Model to Enhance Multicultural Coexistence of Students in Watyaibanbo (Banboradsadonbumrung) School under Samutsakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office

This research aimed to: (1) examine the problems in learning management for promoting coexistence in a multicultural society; (2) design and develop a learning management model; (3) evaluate the appropriateness of the model; (4) compare the results before and after the implementation of the model; and (5) investigate the effectiveness, efficiency, and value of the model. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) methodology. The target group consisted of 28 teachers at Wat Yai Ban Bo School (Ban Bo Ratbamrung) under the Samut Sakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office. The research instruments included a problem survey questionnaire, a model evaluation form, an experimental action plan, pre–post assessment forms, and evaluation forms for effectiveness, efficiency, and value. The instruments were validated using the Index of Item-Objective Congruence (IOC). Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and dependent t-test.
The findings revealed that:
1. The overall level of problems in learning management for promoting coexistence in a multicultural society was high.
2. The developed model, namely the SHARE Model, consists of five stages: Scanning for Diversity, Harmonizing Attitudes, Action through Collaboration, Reflection for Growth, and Evaluation of Learning.
3. The model evaluation showed a high level of content validity, with an IOC value of 1.00.
4. The post-test scores were significantly higher than the pre-test scores at the .01 level.
5. The overall evaluation of the model in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, and value was at the highest level, indicating that the model is appropriate and applicable in practice.
