The Guidelines for Development Creative Leadership of School Administrators in the 21st Century Under the Office of Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area 5

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the current condition. Desirable Conditions and Necessities of Creative Leadership of School Administrators in the 21^st Century 2) Guidelines for Developing Creative Leadership of School Administrators in the 21^st Century under Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office, is quantitative research. The sample group consisted of 330 school administrators and teachers, which were obtained by randomly stratified by the size of the school. Data were analyzed with statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. And using the Modified Priority Needs Index technique to prioritize needs.
The result of this research as follows:
1. Educational institution administrators in the 21st century often exhibited creative leadership at a high level. And after weighing each factor, it was discovered that creativity, which includes adaptability and flexibility, had the highest average. Moreover, the element of eyesight Imagination was the side with the lowest mean. Overall, school administrators in the 21^st century were in a highly desirable state for innovative leadership. And when each feature was taken into account, it was discovered that flexibility and adaptability had the greatest average, followed by vision. And the importance of imagination Teamwork had the lowest average of all the factors.
2. The overall approach to developing creative leadership of school administrators in the 21^st century is appropriate. And there is a possibility at the highest level, it consists of five development guidelines, namely, having a vision. Flexibility and adaptability creative thinking Imagination team work.
