Abstract

The Research of communicative strategies management for promoting sustainable community based tourism in Ban Pong Manao, Phatthana Nikhom District, Lopburi Province by aiming 1) to study the potential of communicative strategies management to promote the sustainable community-based tourism 2) to develop the communicative strategies management to promote the sustainable community-based tourism and 3) to establish the public relations media to promote and rehabilitate the sustainable community-based tourism. The research instruments were community leaders, local wisdoms, local people, local officers, academicians, professionals, and tourists.  The research found that Ban Pong Manao has relatively little communication potential and lack of the effective communication management system.  In addition, the readiness of the community tourism management was relatively low. All elements of communication must be developed, especially the personal communication, is the most necessary to develop communication potential for supporting community-based tourism. Furthermore, the communicative strategies to promote the sustainable community-base  tourism of Ban Pong Manao consisted of tourism success factors as follows :  factors for tourism are Hauy Khun Ram Subdistrict Administrative Organization, temples, schools and, moo 7 community, Ban Pong Manao Archaeological site, media for tourism promotion, and tourists. For developing communicative strategies were personal media, print media, specialized media, and online media.  However, the development in public relations media, promote and rehabilitate of the sustainable community-based tourism such as personal media (local guides and volunteer young tour guides), print media (pamphlets), specialized media (logo, t-shirts, caps), online media (Facebook page or video clips) with appropriate design and creativity for supporting the sustainable community-based tourism in Ban Pong Manao, Phatthana Nikhom District, Lopburi Province
