THE DEVELOPMENT OF LEARNING MANAGEMENT MODEL USING BY GRAPHIC ORGANIZER INSTRUCTIONAL MODEL TO PROMOTE THINKING OF TEACHER PROFESSION STUDENT IN THAILAND EDUCATION 4.0

Abstract

The purposes of this research were; 1) to develop a learning management model by using graphic organizer instructional model to promote thinking ability of pre-service teachers in Thailand education 4.0, 2) to study the effectiveness of the learning management model by using graphic organizer instructional model to promote thinking ability of teacher profession student in Thailand education 4.0, and 3) to study the satisfaction of pre-service teachers toward the learning management by using graphic organizer instructional model to promote thinking ability. The research participants were 25 early childhood pre-service teachers of Early Childhood Education, Faculty of Education, Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University, simple random sampling was used. This research was a mixed method research. The research consisted of 2 phases: 1) the development of learning management model by using graphic organizer instructional model to promote thinking ability included 3 steps; (1) the development of learning management model by using graphic organizer instructional model, (2) the experimental prototype of study of the learning management model by using graphic organizer instructional model, and (3) the analysis and the revision of the learning management model by using graphic organizer instructional model, and 2) the conclusion and the publication of the research results.         

The findings were as follows:

1. 1. The learning management model by using graphic organizer instructional model was divided into 3 steps: 1) the warm up activity, 2) the implementation of graphic organizer instructional model activity, and 3) the summary of the implementation and the acquisition of knowledge toward graphic organizer instructional model.
2. 2. The results of the analysis of the effectiveness of this model using t-test showed that the post-test scores of the experimental group were significantly different the pre-test scores of the experimental group at the level of .05
3. 3. After using this model, pre-service teachers’ satisfaction towards graphic organizer instructional model was at the high level.
