The Development of the Lesson Plans Based on Teaching Organization of Work for Enhancing Task Behavior to Achieve Goals of Student with Hyperactivity Disorder

Abstract

The Purposes of this research were 1) to develop the lesson plans based on teaching organization of work for enhancing task behavior to achieve goals of student with Hyperactivity Disorder 2) to study the result of using the lesson plans based on teaching organization of work for enhancing task behavior to achieve goals of student with Hyperactivity Disorder. This research was classroom action research which included 5 stages: 1) pre plan 2) plan 3) act with 3 phases: consists of (1) pre- teaching (2) teaching organization of work (3) practicing and 4) observing and 5) reflection. The participant was a grade 9 student with hyperactivity disorder who failed to achieve goals. Research instruments were 1) the 5 lesson plans based on teaching organization of work and 2) assignments checklist form. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation, and percentage.

          The findings were as follows: 1) Lesson plans based on teaching organization of work overalls were appropriate at a very high level (= 3.80, S.D. = 0.25)  2) In overview, there was a 55.72% increase in task behaviour to achieve goals of the student after using the lesson plans based on teaching organization of work.
