The purposes for this research were 1) To design and develop a learning management model by using project-based learning (PjBL) following Bloom’s Taxonomy in the subject titled Special Study in Mass Communication Technology 2) To evaluate the quality of the PjBL lesson plan following Bloom’s Taxonomy in Special Study in Mass Communication Technology, and 3) to study the students’ satisfaction with PjBL following Bloom’s Taxonomy in Special Study in Mass Communication Technology. The research instruments consisted of 1) The PjBL lesson plan following Bloom’s Taxonomy for Special Study in Mass Communication Technology 2) The quality assessment form given to the experts, and 3) The questionnaire to evaluate the students’ satisfaction with PjBL following Bloom’s Taxonomy in Special Study in Mass Communication Technology. The sample group was comprised of 30 fourth-year students of vocational certional certificate majoring in Mass Communication Technology. The research findings revealed that 1) The design of the learning management model using PjBL of Bloom’s Taxonomy in Special Study in Mass Communication Technology consists of 4 stages of activities: Presentation, Planning, Implementation, and Assessment. 2) The quality of the lesson plan was at a very good level ( x̄ =4.53, S.D.=0.29), and 3) Overall students’ satisfaction with the learning management was at a high level ( x̄ =4.34, S.D.=0.59).
