การบุกเบิกการประยุกต์ใช้กิจกรรมทางการละครในการส่งเสริมการจัดการความรู้

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงบุกเบิกนี้เป็นการบุกเบิกการประยุกต์ใช้กิจกรรมทางการละครในการส่งเสริมการจัดการความรู้ การศึกษาวิจัยนี้อยู่ในบริบทของการเรียนการสอนในรายวิชาที่มีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับการจัดการความรู้สำหรับผู้เรียนระดับปริญญาโทและใช้ โรงละครการจัดการ (Management Theatre) เป็นอุปกรณ์ทางการเรียนการสอน ในการเรียนการสอนนั้น ผู้เรียนได้ร่วมกันทำละครเพื่อเผยแพร่ความรู้ที่เป็นบทเรียนจากเนื้อหาของรายวิชาให้กับผู้เข้าชมละคร การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพที่ใช้สองวิธีของการเก็บข้อมูลวิจัย กล่าวคือ แบบสอบถามปลายเปิดและบันทึกการเรียน โดยผู้เรียนเป็นผู้ให้ข้อมูลวิจัย ผลการวิจัยและการอภิปรายผลวิจัยชี้ให้เห็น ว่าการทำกิจกรรมทางการละครนั้นเอื้อต่อการทำกิจกรรมทางการจัดการความรู้ บทบาทของ ผู้กำกับละครนั้นเอื้อต่อการทำกิจกรรมทางการจัดการความรู้เช่นกัน และการทำกิจกรรมทางการละครนั้นสามารถถูกนำไปประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อการพัฒนาทักษะต่าง ๆ ที่เอื้อต่อการจัดการความรู้
