Abstract

Health information illiteracy affects health care and behavior change to good health. At present, librarians, information professionals, or other officers work in information technology to be exposed to an environment with adverse effects on health. It is a major cause of illness or death. Therefore, we should pay attention to our health, learn and practice for the maintenance or improvement of health regularly. We can find information from a variety of health information sources. These examples are very practical; 1) Ergonomics 2) Balancing exercises 3) Posture for computer use 4) Eye health care.  Due to librarians are expert to access health information resources and evaluation, their involvement in health information literacy program increased the profession’s good image.
