The purpose of this article is to provide the preliminary knowledge and information on TQA (Thailand Quality Award) and EdPEx (Education Criteria for Performance Excellence), the quality management frameworks which can be adapted to any educational institute intending to attain its high performance. The article mentions the criterion in terms of originality, importance and benefits, related core values, areas to address, overall requirements, and how they can be applied to the organizational management to reach for performance excellence.
