เทคนิคการสอนแบบร่วมมือ (Learning Together: LT) สำหรับการเรียนการสอนสาขาวิชาบรรณารักษศาสตร์และสารสนเทศศาสตร์ในยุค Thailand 4.0
บทคัดย่อ
การจัดการเรียนการสอนด้วยเทคนิคการสอนแบบร่วมมือ (Learning Together : LT) จากแหล่งเรียนรู้และนวัตกรรมยุค Thailand 4.0 เพื่อพัฒนาความสามารถการทำงานเป็นทีม มีที่มาจากการที่ผู้สอนต้องเปลี่ยนบทบาทมาเป็นผู้จัดการชั้นเรียน สร้างแนวการสอนที่มีกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ และทักษะในการชี้นำแนวทางการเรียนรู้ พร้อมทั้งให้คำแนะนำเมื่อผู้เรียนประสบปัญหาหรือข้อขัดข้องในการทำกิจกรรม โดยควรชี้ให้ผู้เรียนพิจารณาถึงผลดีผลเสียของแต่ละวิธีการ ให้ผู้เรียนมีโอกาสพิจารณา ตัดสินใจ สร้างแรงจูงใจด้วยวิธีการสนับสนุนให้ผู้เรียนทำงานเป็นทีม เพื่อทำกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน การนำรูปแบบการเรียนการสอนที่ใช้ปัญหาเป็นฐานในการจัดการความรู้ เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีไปประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของการเรียนการสอน จำเป็นต้องเข้าใจองค์ประกอบของรูปแบบการเรียนการสอนดังกล่าวเนื่องจากวิชาชีพด้านบรรณารักษ์ และนักสารสนเทศเป็นวิชาชีพที่ต้องการบุคลากรที่มีคุณลักษณะเป็นผู้ที่มีลักษณะใฝ่หาความรู้อยู่เสมอ เพื่อให้รู้เท่าทันเหตุการณ์ในปัจจุบัน และสามารถคาดการณ์เหตุการณ์ที่อาจเกิดขึ้นในอนาคตได้ โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสำหรับการทำงานเป็นทีม
