บทความนี้นำเสนอรายงานการปรับการจัดการ วิธีการรับมือและแก้ปัญหาการจัดการห้องสมุด รวมถึงแนวทางในการสร้างนวัตกรรมใหม่ ๆ ของห้องสมุดประเภทต่าง ๆ ต่อสถานการณ์โรคโควิด-19 ในสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน สาธารณรัฐอินเดีย ญี่ปุ่น สิงคโปร์ สหรัฐอเมริกา สาธารณรัฐอิสลามอิหร่าน และประเทศไทย การวิเคราะห์รวบรวมข้อมูลการปรับการจัดการของห้องสมุดแต่ละประเทศและนำเสนอในรูปแบบข้อเสนอแนะสำหรับห้องสมุดประเทศไทยในด้านการจัดบริการห้องสมุด บุคลากร การจัดการอาคารและพื้นที่ การจัดการเทคโนโลยี ผู้ใช้ ตลอดจนการเรียนการสอนในวิชาชีพบรรณารักษศาสตร์และสารสนเทศศาสตร์
