บทคัดย่อ

บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสังเคราะห์แนวทางการพัฒนาห้องสมุดโรงเรียนสู่การเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ที่ยั่งยืน จากกรณีศึกษาโครงการประกวดห้องสมุดโรงเรียนดีเด่นของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดเทศบาลนครเชียงใหม่ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ห้องสมุดโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาลนครเชียงใหม่ยังขาดแผนพัฒนาระยะยาว ขาดแคลนทรัพยากรดิจิทัลและเทคโนโลยีห้องสมุดอัตโนมัติ มุ่งเน้นบริการเชิงรับมากกว่าเชิงรุก มีความท้าทายในการสร้างการมีส่วนร่วมจากทุกภาคส่วน การจัดหาบุคลากรบรรณารักษ์วิชาชีพ และมีข้อจำกัดด้านงบประมาณและเทคโนโลยี กรอบแนวทางการพัฒนาห้องสมุดโรงเรียนที่ยั่งยืนจากการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วย 1) มิติด้านการบริหารจัดการเชิงกลยุทธ์ที่เน้นการวางแผนอย่างเป็นระบบและการตัดสินใจบนฐานข้อมูล 2) มิติด้านทรัพยากรและเทคโนโลยีที่มุ่งสู่การเป็นห้องสมุดแบบไฮบริด 3) มิติด้านบริการและการเรียนรู้ที่เปลี่ยนบทบาทสู่การเป็นศูนย์กลางการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกและบูรณาการ และ 4) มิติด้านบุคลากรและการสร้างเครือข่ายที่ให้ความสำคัญกับการพัฒนาวิชาชีพและการสร้างการมีส่วนร่วมจากทุกภาคส่วน
