The participation Management Model of The Network to Promote the Efficiency of Secondary Education Management

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to create a participation model in the administration of the network to promote the efficiency of secondary education management. The simple size was 340 consists of the school directors ,deputy directors , teachers and the educational supervisors who were the network committee. Research instruments included research questionnaire, In-depth interview form, group discussion and evaluation form. Data were analyzed using frequency, mean, standard deviation, mode and content analysis.

                 The research findings were as follows : The results of creating a participation model found that a participation model consists of purposes, principles, main components, approaches of evaluation, and conditions of success. The results of the presentation of the participation model in administration of the network to promote the efficiency of secondary education management found that all the elements of the model were appropriate. The possibilities and helpful were high in every element.
