Abstract

The study aimed at (1) to develop the registration management system Ban That School Under the office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary education service area, area 4 (2) to find the efficiency of the registration management system Ban That School Under the office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary education service area, area 4. A sample was selected from 9 officers of Ban That School, dividing 3 groups: 3 professionals, 5 of Ban That School’s officers including director/teacher and the last one is the administrative officer.The process was used for data analysis divide to 4 section including (1)Assessing the accuracy and effectiveness of the program to meet the needs of users.(2) Assessing the accuracy and performance of the program that can function according to the program's function.(3) Assessing the program’s characteristics that are easy to use(4) Assessing the data security, the statistics used for data analysis consists of basic statistics such as mean, standard deviation and performance acceptance criteria based on the average score of the system evaluation form of the expert.

The results of the study revealed that(1.) The registration management system Ban That School Under the office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary education service area, area 4 have the ability to manage the system user information, the user rights assignment, the storage basic data, the management of student registration information, the management of the school’s plan structure information, the management of checklist student who present, absent or late information, the management of subject information, the management of student grade and work information, the management of house visiting information, the management of school document and the management of an announcement to conform to the work. (2.) By system performance searching from computer program experts, system experts and the users, therefore, the result of the study of an efficiency of registration management system Ban That School Under the office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary education service area, area 4. This revealed that the developed system is consistent and suitable, by using mean and standard deviation, therefore, have an evaluation results is the performance is good, the average is 4.11. Moreove, when considering each aspect found that the security aspect have the highest average number, that is 4.37 and when considering the capability of the program aspect, the design aspect and the accuracy and efficiency aspect are mostly at a good level.
