Abstract

The objective of this quantitative research is to study the influencing between digital leadership and organizational culture on school effectiveness. The researcher designed 126 items of a questionnaire and approved linear theory by adviser before structure validity and reliability testing. The researcher collected 399 respondent from administrators and teacher of schools expand opportunities in the lower of north eastern 2. The statistic are frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation, and variance analysis. The results show that the means of three variables and its components are high, and related significantly in the same direction at .01 including forecasted coefficient to school effectiveness of 75%. Consequently, digital citizen and organizational culture in terms of hierarchy, quality, clan, and adaptation could impact on school effectiveness by using information and various applications.
