การศึกษาองค์ประกอบความพร้อมชุมชนสำหรับการพัฒนาชุมชนไปสู่การท่องเที่ยว กรณีศึกษา พื้นที่กลุ่มเขตธนบุรีเหนือ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบความพร้อมชุมชนในพื้นที่กลุ่มเขตธนบุรีเหนือสำหรับ
การพัฒนาชุมชนไปสู่การท่องเที่ยว ทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในชุมชนต่าง ๆ
ในพื้นที่กลุ่มเขตธนบุรีเหนือ จำนวน 400 ราย โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสะดวก กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้จากสูตรของ Khazanie กรณีที่ไม่ทราบขนาดของประชากรที่แน่นอนและไม่ทราบค่าสัดส่วนของประชากร จากนั้นนำมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
ด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยเชิงสำรวจ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่าการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจของเกณฑ์การประเมินความพร้อมชุมชนที่มีต่อการพัฒนาชุมชนไปสู่การท่องเที่ยว โดยการสกัดตัวแปรด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบหลัก การตรวจสอบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรอิสระทั้งหมด และหมุนแกนเพื่อให้ตัวแปรทั้งหมดถูกจัดลงในองค์ประกอบที่เหมาะสมด้วยวิธี Varimax with Kaiser Normalization ซึ่งกำหนดให้ค่าไอเกนต้องมากกว่า 1 รวมถึงพิจารณาค่าความเข้ากันได้ของตัวแปร โดยเลือกค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบมากกว่า 0.300 และแต่ละองค์ประกอบต้องประกอบด้วยตัวแปรตั้งแต่ 2 ตัวแปรขึ้นไป สามารถจัดตัวแปร จำนวน 48 ตัวแปร เข้าสู่องค์ประกอบได้ 8 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) การบริหารจัดการ วินัยชุมชน และการสื่อสาร 2) การสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานภายนอกและความรู้ที่จำเป็น 3) คุณธรรมและความเป็นเจ้าของ 4) การปรับตัวให้ทันต่อสถานการณ์ 5) โครงสร้างพื้นฐานและความเป็นผู้นำ 6) การผลิตและการตลาด 7) ความต่อเนื่อง และ 8) ปัจจัยอื่น ๆ
