Abstract

Abstract

According to the influene of work motivation on job satisfaction of teachers, the research in this topic should be carried out. Consequently, the researcher used a questionnaire for collecting 387 respondents of the teachers’ opinions in Ubon Ratchathani primary educational service area office 3. The data was analyzed by multi-regression analysis. The research results revealed that the approach to enhance teachers’ work motivation are intrinsic and extrinsic motivation which impacted significantly and simultaneously to teachers’ job satisfaction at R2 = .58, Std. error = .12, F = 266.06 (Sig .000). The components of extrinsic work motivation in terms of atmosphere, advance, benefit, conditional, automatics and recognized at R2 = .65, .58, .29, .23, .22 and -.28, respectively.
