Coordination Process for Student Affairs Preparing for the Quality Assurance of Bangkok Thonburi University

Abstract
This research aimed to study the coordination process of participants involved in the student affairs activities of Bangkok Thonburi University. The results showed that the dominant feature of the process is that the faculty, staff and students are encouraged to join in the meeting for planning procedures. They have a process of complaints, problems and needs collection from staff and students, which leads to a scheme of quality assurance and efficient and effective planning and development of the university’s student affairs. However, the inappropriate understanding of new staff and students will be a barrier for this coordination process.
