อิทธิพลของคุณภาพบริการโลจิสติกส์ต่อความพึงพอใจและ การกลับมาใช้บริการซ้ำ: มุมมองผู้ใช้บริการบริษัทตัวแทนขนส่งสินค้า

บทคัดย่อ
ปัจจุบันคุณภาพของการบริการโลจิสติกส์เป็นหัวใจหลักของบริษัทที่ดำเนินธุรกิจด้านโลจิสติกส์ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นบริษัทที่ดำเนินกิจการขนส่ง การจัดการคลังสินค้า รวมทั้งบริษัทที่เป็นตัวแทนการขนส่งสินค้าระหว่างประเทศมีบทบาทสำคัญอย่างยิ่งต่อความพึงพอใจและการกลับมาใช้บริการซ้ำ ซึ่งการวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิต่อความพึงพอใจ ได้แก่ ความน่าเชื่อถือ การตอบสนองการรับประกัน ความเข้าใจ การจับต้องได้ และการกลับมาใช้บริการซ้ำของลูกค้าที่ใช้บริการตัวแทนขนส่งสินค้าของบริษัท XYZ จำกัด ประเทศไทย การวิเคราะห์ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงประจักษ์ ประชากรที่ศึกษาผู้ใช้บริการตัวแทนขนส่งสินค้าที่ทำสัญญา 1 ปีขึ้นไป จำนวน 155 ราย ใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณา และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า คุณภาพการบริการโลจิสติกส์ด้านความน่าเชื่อถือและความเข้าใจ มีอิทธิพลต่อความพึงพอใจการบริการ และความพึงพอใจการบริการมีอิทธิพลต่อการกลับมาใช้บริการซ้ำ ซึ่งทั้งสองปัจจัยที่สำคัญนี้เป็นแนวทางการพัฒนากลยุทธ์การส่งเสริมศักยภาพการให้บริการของบริษัทตัวแทนขนส่งสินค้า และเพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
