ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการยอมรับการใช้แอปพลิเคชันของภาครัฐ ในกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุ: กรณีศึกษาแอปพลิเคชันทางรัฐ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการยอมรับการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันของภาครัฐในกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุในประเทศไทย โดยใช้แอปพลิเคชัน “ทางรัฐ” เป็นกรณีศึกษา เพื่อเติมเต็มช่องว่างองค์ความรู้ในบริบทสังคมผู้สูงอายุไทยที่ยังมีการศึกษาจำกัด กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้สูงอายุที่มีอายุ 60 ปีขึ้นไป จำนวน 380 คน ซึ่งคัดเลือกผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์และสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลดำเนินการด้วยแบบสอบถามอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่พัฒนาตามกรอบแนวคิดแบบจำลองการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี (TAM) ที่ขยายปัจจัยบริบท และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยแบบจำลองสมการโครงสร้าง (SEM) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า แบบจำลองมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ในระดับดี (χ²/df = 2.743, GFI = 0.911, NFI = 0.923, IFI = 0.949, CFI = 0.949 และ RMSEA = 0.068) ทั้งนี้ ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลทางตรงเชิงบวกต่อการใช้งานจริง ได้แก่ การรับรู้ความง่ายในการใช้งาน (β = 0.47) การรับรู้ประโยชน์ (β = 0.24) ทัศนคติต่อการใช้งาน (β = 0.38) และความตั้งใจในการใช้งาน (β = 0.51) ผลการวิจัยนี้เสนอแนะว่าภาครัฐควรเน้นการออกแบบแอปพลิเคชันที่ใช้งานง่ายและมีประโยชน์ที่ชัดเจน เพื่อส่งเสริมการยอมรับและใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันภาครัฐในกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุอย่างกว้างขวางและเท่าเทียม
