บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) พฤติกรรม การบริหารจัดการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 2) ประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรม การบริหารจัดการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครู จำนวน 272 คน จากสถานศึกษา 9 แห่ง สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ปีการศึกษา 2567 โดยใช้ การสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามออนไลน์ชนิดมาตรประมาณค่าเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมการบริหารจัดการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ซึ่งมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .98 และ .95 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยปรากฎว่า 1) พฤติกรรมการบริหารจัดการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) พฤติกรรมการบริหารจัดการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับสูงมากกับประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
