กลยุทธ์ของการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคีสำหรับหลักสูตรปริญญาตรี

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเรื่อง กลยุทธ์ของการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคี สำหรับหลักสูตรปริญญาตรี เป็นงานวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน (Mix Method) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน ปัญหา การจัดการอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคีสำหรับหลักสูตรปริญญาตรี สถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 3 และ 2) เพื่อเสนอกลยุทธ์ของการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคี สำหรับหลักสูตรปริญญาตรี สถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเพื่อเก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณประกอบไปด้วย คณะผู้บริหาร คณะครู ผู้เรียน ผู้ปกครอง จากวิทยาลัยที่จัดการเรียนการสอนระดับปริญญาตรี จำนวน 265 คน กลุ่มเป้าหมายการวิจัย เป็นผู้แทนสถานประกอบการร่วมผลิต ผู้ให้สัมภาษณ์จำนวน 10 คน และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิที่ร่วมสนทนากลุ่มจำนวน 10 คน แบบสอบถามมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นที่ระดับ 0.95 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ในภาพรวมสภาพปัจจุบันการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคี สำหรับหลักสูตรปริญญาตรี สถาบันารอาชีวศึกษาภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 3 อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (=3.47) 2. กลยุทธ์ในการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคี สำหรับหลักสูตรปริญญาตรี สถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 3 จำนวน 5 ด้านคือ 1) ด้านคุณภาพผู้เรียนหรือสำเร็จการศึกษา 2) ด้านคุณภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอน 3) ด้านคุณภาพการบริหารจัดการ 4) ด้าน ความร่วมมือระหว่างสถานศึกษากับสถานประกอบการและ 5) ด้านคุณวุฒิและมาตรฐานอาชีพอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคี มีความเหมาะสม มีความเป็นไปได้
