Abstract

            Research, The Study of problems and Creative development approach Student Projects High Vocational Certificate (Diploma) Major in Production Technology, Surin Technical College. 1) to study problems and ways to develop students' creativity; 2) To develop a set of guidelines for the development of creativity. 3) Try it out a set of guidelines for the development of creativity. Research is qualitative By Student Interview and experimental research using a set of creative thinking approaches. Purposive Sampling students in the course and 20 randomly selected. The data were collected by means of structured interviews, a set of development guidelines. Analyze interview data with content synthesis, Frequency distribution and Percentage. The development guidelines used Index of Congruence and Effectiveness Index.

The research found that: 1) The problem of creative development, Interest in the project 60% of students have no interest. Do not understand the principle Within groups, there are no opinions. Not ready because many subjects. The courage of students, there are 65 percent problem is not dare to do something new. Do not dare to create yourself. Do not dare comment. Development Guidelines 60% of the students presented the issue of creative acceptance. The guiding principle is to bring each person's ideas together. Listen to a wide variety of offers. Describe the production of parts with a simple, safe, brainstorming or grouping approach to create common understanding. 2) A set of creative development guidelines developed using the IOC. The mean score was 0.858 and 3) Of the set of creative development guidelines. The efficiency index was 0.8187, indicating that the students had the knowledge increased 81.87%.
