Abstract

This research aimed to develop a bilingual vocational education management model of Udon Thani Polytechnic College. It is research and development (Mixed Method) between quantitative research. (Quantitative Research) and Qualitative Research, a sample of 170 people.      The research results were found that : Most of the respondents were male. They are between 35-39 years of age and most have a bachelor's degree. Has a position as a supervisory teacher Work experience between 6-10 years.         The construction and examination of the bilingual vocational education system management model of Udon Thani Polytechnic College found Component 1: Supporting factors for the administration of bilateral vocational education are: 1. Personnel 2. Management characteristics 3. Methods for selecting academic administrators And 4. The characteristics of the coaches and supervisors Component 2: Implementation within the scope of bilateral vocational education management consists of 1. Management 2. Public relations 3. Network administration 4. Human resource development 5. Teaching and curriculum management 6. Supervision, monitoring, evaluation and evaluation and 7. Rights The benefits of the establishment and of the learners. And the third component, the results of bilateral vocational education management consisted of: 1. Characteristics of learners; 2.
