This research aims to find the skills of undergraduate students in the 21st century of the Institute of Vocational Education according to the needs of the establishment. The researchers determined the research into three phases: Phase 1 : The Study of Learning Skills in the 21st, based on relevant papers and research by analyzing the skills of undergraduate students in 21st century, Phase 2, finding the skills of undergraduate students in the 21 century of the Institute of Vocational Education, according to the needs of the establishment. The sample is a related manager or supervisor of an establishment with at least 15 years of working experience. 12, Phase 3, examining the skills of undergraduate students in the 21st century of the Institute of Vocational Education. The samples were teachers or department heads who taught undergraduate degrees in technical colleges, vocational colleges, or agricultural and technological colleges of 129 colleges nationwide, affiliated with vocational education institutions. Office of the Vocational Education Commission The tool used as a rating scale questionnaire analyzes data with the finished program and the statistics used are percentages (%). Average () Standard Deviation (S.D.) Median (Mdn) and Quartile Range (IQR), research has shown the skills of 21st century undergraduate students of vocational institutions according to the needs of the establishment are innovative learning skills. Information Technology Skills Life and Career Skills 21st Century Skills, Lifelong Learning, 3R and Thinking Skills pictured, are included at a considerable level () = 4.01), (S.D. = 0.46), and when considered as a list. It was found that all items were very high when sorted in descending order, the first 3 orders showed that item 2 information skills for technology were very high. Second only to item 3 life and career skills. And second only to item 5, thinking skills are very level.
