The Atmosphere of the Organization and the Working Quality of the Vocational Teachers under Office the Vocational Education Commission in Sing Buri Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the organizational atmosphere of vocational education teachers under the Office of Vocational Education Commission. 2) To study the quality of working life of vocational education teachers under the Office of Vocational Education Commission. 3) To find the relationship of the organizational atmosphere with the quality of working life of vocational education teachers under the Office of Vocational Education Commission. In Sing Buri Subjects of 144 people Research instruments include questionnaires. Statistics used in data analysis include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson correlation coefficient. The results of the research showed that 1) the organizational atmosphere of the college under the vocational education of the province is at a high level, 2) the quality of working life of teachers in the college under the vocational education of Sing Buri province is at a high level, 3) the relationship of the organizational atmosphere with the quality of working life of teachers under the vocational education in Sing Buri province. The overall correlation coefficient was very high (rxy = .936) statistically significant at the level of .01.
