Abstract
Wiwitwannasan , a academic Journal comes to light from common sense of a group of academicians who called themselves "Academic Network on Language and Culture" have a common aim to develop the academic journals to open up spaces for self-training in academic world without noble intent to do anything for the public and country, except to recognize and ask the question of how the Thai education system hangs with the quality assessment system which has invested billion Bath in quality processes each year. Why? the outcome from that process became dejected. What are the obstacles that blocked the path to those lights, in which all parties had left in silent way. The first volume of "Witwitwannasan" consists of 6 articles as follows:
Language Power to Create Authority Power in Seksan Prasoetkun’s Discourse is an article that tries to prove whether the language has real power. The word endowed with ambiguity of the inventor of the words the author uses the theory of discourse analysis to unfold the criticism.
A Comparative Study of Thai and English Consonants’ Phonemes is an article that proves that humans in spite of their different nation or religion, have some common points that are universal in this article which points out that even though Thai and English are different languages but found similar parts what linguists call the universal language.
Emotion Metaphors in Thai is an article that indicates that the metaphor in the said article does not mean the image, metaphor In familiar literature But a metaphor in the linguistics Which allows the reader to get closer to their own language, that is, the metaphorical language is the language that people use in everyday life, such as the words "Leave for a hurry" for those who are disadvantaged in one event despite actually not leaving anything but with the concept that they lost something from the other party, In which that party did not take things or confiscate anything but implies the need to "retaliate" (with things that have never been deposited), that is to find an opportunity to retaliate or act on an equal basis with the other person who has done to him In the sense of taking advantage of it back.
A Study of Folklore at Ban Nayom Nayom Sub-District, Mueang District, Phetchabun Province, is an article that has sent a message that in the village there are stories and storytelling which indicates the identity of the community as well as the social value in the existence of the community as well as emphasizing that the discourse " the need of knowledge to go to the villagers"
The Nirvana Great land in Buddhist Literatures is an article that focuses on analysis of the concept of Nirvana in Buddhist literature which does not only appear in Sukhothai literature but also appears in the later Buddhist scriptures, in addition, it also incorporates the belief of the ego of Hinduism into Buddhism.

It is expected that the articles in this journal may help to extend the viewpoints and ideas of readers and interested readers to some extent, and lead to the development of individual academic works that may benefit others.
