Abstract
The objectives of were 1) to analyze the concepts from awarded literature, and 2) to create and disseminate the guidelines for encouraging youth’s behavior. This research used mixed method, content analysis, qualitative and quantitative methodology. The methods for data colleting were documentary analysis, questionnaires asking opinions of youths on behaviors that should be encouraged and evaluate the guideline for encouraging youth’s behavior and deep interview. Quantitative data analysis using statistics such as frequency, mean and standard deviation.
The research found that
- The concepts that appear in the literature are as follows: 1) ideas of life 2) ideas about self-development and 3) Ideas about love.
- Guidelines for promoting youth behavior consisting of C - A - L - M has the following meanings; C refers to Considerate, A refers to Attempt, L refers to Learning and M refers to Morality
