PARENTS’ OPINION TOWARDS THE PRACTICE OF IDDHIPADA PRINCIPLES OF STUDENTS IN WAT THUNG LOR SCHOOL, RONPHIBUN DISTRICT,NAKHON SI THAMMARAT PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this research were as follows:- 1) To study the parents’ opinions towards the practice of Iddhipada principles of Students in Wat Thung Lor school, Ronphibun district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province. 2) To compare the parents’ opinions towards the practice of Iddhipada principles of students in Wat Thung Lor school, Ronphibun district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province in terms of sexes, ages, occupations and monthly incomes as differently. 3) To study the suggestions were concerned with problems and resolutions the practice of Iddhipada principles of Students in Wat Thung Lor school, Ronphibun district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province. The population were students’ parents in Wat Thung Lor school, Ronphibun district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province at the total number of 309 persons, sample size according to the table of Krejcie and Morgan, got the sample at the number of 169 persons, the instrument for date collection was questionnaire both closed and open ended questions, data analysis by package computer program statistics were used as follows; frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Z.test, F.test and to test the difference in each pairs by LSD method ( Least significant Difference)

          The research results found that:-

          1) The parents’ opinion toward the practice of Iddhipada principles of Students in Wat Thung Lor school, Ronphibun district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province by overviews found that there were at more level, when considered in each aspects found that the aspect of aspire was the highest average, and followed up the aspect of investigation, the aspect of affliction but the aspect of effort was the lowest average, when classified in terms of sexes, ages, occupations and monthly incomes found that by overviews were at more level.

          2) The comparative results of parent opinions towards the practice of Iddhipada principles of students in Wat Thung Lor school, Ronphibun district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province in terms of sexes, ages, occupations and monthly incomes as difference found that there were different as statistical significance at .001.

          3) The suggestions were concerned with problems and resolutions of the practice of Iddhipada principles of students in Wat Thung Lor school, Ronphibun district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province. The problems found that some of students were lack of aspire for getting good, some of student were not try to finding new knowledge, some of student were not regarded for their study, some of students had no reason in all, the resolutions found that their should have activities for study campaign, there should be given gift to study hard students, there should bring students for study tour in out of school, there should try to put activities for promotion of knowledge varities to students.
