THE OPINION OF PUBLIC WHO USE THE SERVICE TO SURAT THANI MUNICIPALITY SPORT DEPARTMENT

Abstract

The objectives of this research report are 1) to study the opinions of people who use services to the sports department of Surat Thani Municipality and  2) To study the suggestions of the people who use the service to the Sports Division, Surat Thani Municipality  The population used in the research is the people who use the services to Surat Thani Municipality. Within Surat Thani Municipality Office, a total of 145 people  Samples Size was determined using the formula of Taro Yamane. Number of sample size was 106 people.The tools used for data collection were closed - ended and open - ended questionnaires. Data analysis was done by a computer program. The statistics used for analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, deviation.

          The research found that

           1. The opinions of the people who use the service to the Sports Division of Surat Thani Municipality overall In all 4 aspects, when considered in each aspect, found that it was at a high level The highest aspect is the personnel, while the least is the sports equipment.

            2. There are 2 suggestions regarding problems and solutions for public opinion on sports services in Surat Thani Municipality. (1) Regarding the problems that have the most suggestion, that is, the exercise places, such as adding enough toilets to meet the needs of the people. (2) Regarding the suggestions and the solutions that have the most suggestions, which are personnel, should add more personnel to give suggestions to the people.
