LEADERSHIP INDICATORS OF TECHNOLOGY EXECUTIVES IN SCHOOLS UNDER THE BANGKOK METROPOLITAN ADMINISTRATION

Abstract
The purpose of this study was: 1) to study the indicators of technology leadership of school administrators in Bangkok Metropolis, 2) to test the harmonization of technology leadership model of school administrators in Bangkok under developed with empirical data, and 3) verify the suitability, feasibility, accuracy, and utilization, target population include the school administrators in Bangkok under the academic year 2018 were 438 people, the instrument was a questionnaire with an evaluation form from 17 experts. standard deviation descriptive statistics distribution coefficient.
The research results found that:
1. The indicators of technology leadership of school administrators in Bangkok Metropolis are the technological vision component consists of 3 indicators, namely the creation of a technological vision, dissemination of technological vision compliance with the technological vision the components of technology use in management consist of 3 indicators which are technology usage and routines, he technology is used for job development, With the development of professional progress, the components of technology promotion in teaching and learning consist of 3 indicators which are computer-assisted promotion there is promotion of online teaching, there is promotion of teaching and learning through online social networks, and the integration of technology consists of 3 indicators, namely belief in technology ready computer skills.
2. The model is in good harmony with the empirical data, has a weight value of every element and every indicator above the threshold.
3. The indicator of technology leadership of school administrators in Bangkok Metropolis is appropriate, the possibility accuracy and utilization every indicator is at the highest level.
