TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT OF GOVERNMENT TEACHERS TOWARDS THE DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT INNOVATION

Abstract

 The objectives of this research were to 1) develop the model and design the courses of the training and development of government teachers towards the development of educational management innovation and to 2) report the results of the training and development of government teachers towards the development of educational management innovation of teachers in schools under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 34. Population was school administrators and teachers of schools under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 34 in the fiscal year 2017, 305 people in total. The research instruments were the training and development assessment form and the development of educational management innovation assessment form. Statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, standard deviation and content analysis.

The research showed that;

The process consisted of 6 steps which were 1) workshop 2) knowledge sharing for creation the Professional Learning Community (PLC) through the online system 3) learning outcome reflection through the After Action Review (AAR) 4) knowledge sharing for creation the Professional Learning Community (PLC) through the online system 5) learning outcome reflection through the After Action Review (AAR) and 6) summary of training and development. There were 9 courses of Training and development for government teachers towards the development of educational management Innovation as follows: the training and development courses for government teachers in Thai language department, Social study; religion and cultures department, Science department (physics), Science department (biology), Science department (chemistry), Mathematics department (secondary education), Mathematics department (high school education), Foreign Language department and traning and development course for school administrators.

          The results of the training and development showed that 88.85% of participants passed the training and development assessment. And 52.13% of participants passed the development of educational management innovation assessment.
