ROLES OF ADMINISTRATORS WITH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF STUDENTS CARING AND SUPPORT SYSTEM OF THE SCHOOLS UNDER CHUMPORN PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract
The study aimed 1. to study the roles of school administrators 2. to study the implementation of the student caring and support system, and 3. to study the relationship and to suggest ways in developing the roles of the school administrators and the implementation of the student caring and support system. This is quantitative research. The sample group in this research consisted of 75 institution’s administrators, 74 teachers who implement the student caring and support system. The key informants were 5 institution’s administrators. The research tool was the questionnaire divided into 3 sections and an in-depth interview. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson Correlation.
The findings showed that:
1. The level of the roles of the school administrators and the implementation of the student caring and support system, overall, was at a high level. When each aspect was taken into consideration, it was found that an average of development of personnel was at the highest level, followed by the promotion and support aspect whereas the average of the coordination was at the lowest level, respectively.
2. The level of the implementation of the student caring and support system, overall, was very high. When each aspect is taken into consideration, it was found that the average of the promotion and development was at the highest level, followed by the students’ screening. The transferring aspect was at the lowest level, respectively.
3. The relationship between the roles of the school administrators and the implementation of the student caring and support system, overall, was positive with statistical significance at the level of 0.1.
