INNOVATION OF CULTURAL KNOWLEDGE AND LOCAL WISDOM MANAGEMENT FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT IN NAKHON SI THAMMARAT PROVINCE

Abstract

This research aimed to 1) study, analyze, and synthesize the innovation of knowledge, cultural and local wisdom management to the community development of Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, and 2) develop the innovation of knowledge, cultural and local wisdom management in the community development of Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. This mixed-method research applied quantitative and qualitative research, the research tools included document analysis, interview, questionnaire, opinion, and quality assessment form, and the data were analyzed using content and frequency analysis.

The research showed that:

1. The study results of an analysis and synthesis of knowledge management components included the management of knowledge, culture, and local wisdom for tangible objects and the management of knowledge, culture, and local wisdom for intangible objects.

2. The innovation development of the knowledge, cultural, and local wisdom management process included the indication, creation, and seeking of knowledge, systematic knowledge management, processing and screening, knowledge exchange, and learning.
