A FUTURE-LOOKING MODEL USING EDFR TECHNIQUES TO DEVELOP ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION OF PHRAPARIYATTHAMMA SCHOOL IN LAMPHUN PROVINCE (2022-2031)

Abstract
This research aimed to 1) study the conditions of academic administration of Phrapariyatthamma School in Lamphun Province, 2) study the scenario model of academic administration of Phrapariyatthamma School in Lamphun Province, and 3) confirm the scenario model of academic administration of Phrapariyatthamma School in Lamphun Province. This prospective research study was analyzed using the Delphi technique with 20 experts selected by purposive sampling. The research instruments were interview forms and questionnaires. Statistics used for data analysis were content analysis, median, and interquartile range.
The research results found that:
- The conditions of academic administration of Phrapariyatthamma School in Lamphun Province depended on four important factors: curriculum management, learning process development, teacher development for teaching competence, along with a good learning environment, evaluation based on actual conditions, and development of internal quality assurance systems.
- The scenario model of academic administration of Phrapariyatthamma School in Lamphun Province focused on curriculum development, innovative media and technology development, and educational quality assurance systems emphasizing community participation.
- The future trend of academic administration of Phrapariyatthamma School in Lamphun Province had statistical analysis values for curriculum development as follows: median=4.17 and IQR= .00. Measurement and evaluation had the median= 4.00 and interquartile range= .38. Innovative media and technology development had the median= 4.00 and interquartile range= .33. Quality assurance system development had the median=4.00 and interquartile range= .23. The trend found that the experts' opinions were consistent in all items, indicating that the experts had the same opinions in confirming the academic administration development model of the Phrapariyatthamma School in Lamphun Province in all issues.
