RIDPA Model: การออกแบบการเรียนรู้ที่ผสมผสานระหว่าง Design Thinking กับ ADDIE Model

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้ศึกษาการผสมผสานกันระหว่าง Design Thinking กับ ADDIE Model เพื่อพัฒนากรอบคิดการออกแบบการเรียนรู้ ด้วยการสังเคราะห์แนวทางทั้งสองนี้ มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อสร้างมุมมองใหม่ในการออกแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ การศึกษาพบประเด็นสำคัญจากทั้งสองแนวคิด คือ RIDPA Model ได้แก่ 1) Realize การทำความเข้าใจผู้เรียนอย่างลึกซึ้ง 2) Instructional objective การกำหนดเป้าหมายการเรียนรู้ที่ชัดเจน 3) Design การออกแบบกลยุทธ์การจัดการเรียนรู้ 4) Prototyping การสร้างต้นแบบแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ สื่อการเรียนรู้ และ 5) Assessment การประเมินผลแบบองค์รวมและประเมินพัฒนการ RIDPA Model สามารถช่วยให้การออกแบบการเรียนรู้สอดคล้องกับผู้เรียน และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการจัดการเรียนรู้
