Development of A Flipped Classroom Model Integrated with Flexible Learning to Encourage Information, Media and Technology Skills for Undergraduate

Abstract

ABSTRACT

          This research examined research by Research and Development method, and aimed to develop a flipped classroom integrated with flexible learning model to encourage information, media, and technology skills for undergraduate. The participants were an instructor of educational technology, Uttaradit Rajabahat University students, Professionals and Experts The research instruments were a questionnaire on the evaluation form on the relevance of the model components, an achievement test, a satisfaction questionnaire, an evaluation form for certification of model. The obtained data were analyzed by analysis of multiple-choice evaluation form, mean, standard deviation, percentage Rating scale and t-test.

          The results of the study revealed the following. 1) A Flipped Classroom Model Integrated with Flexible Learning to Encourage Information, Media and Technology Skills for Undergraduate consisted of ten main components and 60 sub-components. The First components were the component of Context with eight components: 1.1 Educator, 1.2 Student, 1.3 Subject, 1.4 Instruction, 1.5 Media, 1.6 Information Technology, 1.7 Assessment, 1.8 Learning Outcome. The second were the component of Process with two components: Steps of Learning and Class activity 2) Seven experts certificate of quality model of all components. 3) The results revealed that model efficiency was 82.85/84.5. The achievement after learning of students, higher than pretest at the .05 level of significance. And Skills in information and communication technologies of students are in high level. 4) Overall, students have opinions and satisfaction in learning with many levels in all aspects.
