The purpose of this research is to study condition and problems school administration according to good governance of school administrators private schools in special economic zone of Chiang Rai province, study factors Affecting school administration according to good governance of school administrators private schools in special economic zone of Chiang Rai province and study strategic school administration according to good governance of school administrators private schools in special economic zone of Chiang Rai province. The sample group included 300 Administrators and teachers in school private schools in special economic zone of Chiang Rai province. Researchers conducted group discussions 12 experts who are experts and school administration experts for strategic school administration according to good governance. The results of the study were as follows.
- Condition school administration according to good governance of school administrators private schools in special economic zone of Chiang Rai province are at the meddle level. When looking at each item, it was found that the items which the highest level opinion are school administrators sense of responsibility for the management of educational institutions, school administrators rules and regulations are acceptable and fair to all parties and school administrators pay attention to the problem and actively solve the problems and respect the different opinions. Problems school administration according to good governance of school administrators private schools in special economic zone of Chiang Rai province are at the high level. When looking at each item, it was found that the items which the highest level opinion are Lack of enthusiasm in work, school administrators do not allow staff to participate in the work and staff in school had conflicts with colleagues.
- Factors Affecting school administration according to good governance of school administrators private schools in special economic zone of Chiang Rai province are at the high level. When looking at each item, it was found that the items which the highest level opinion are Community support academic counseling, organizational use internal communication as a tool for management and staff to cooperate with the school.
