Abstract

The study of the violence in Mere Movement poetry has the purpose to analyze the violence in Mere Movement poetry of Naowarat Pongpaiboon by using Johan Galtung’s violence analysis as the conceptual framework. The study results presented that there were 3 types of the apparent violence: 1. direct violence, 2. structural violence, and 3. cultural violence.
