Abstract

This research aimed Study of the current and desired conditions of school administration skills in BANI World, under the secondary education service area office Songkhla Stun. And to study guidelines of development of school administration skills in BANI World, under the secondary education service area office Songkhla Stun. Using mixed research methodology (Mixed Method) The sample group consisted of 147 directors, deputy directors, and teachers of educational institutes. Research instruments were: Current and desirable condition questionnaire, Structured interview, Assessment form Appropriateness and Possibility of Guidelines Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation. PNI modified index value and content analysis

          The research findings on the overall current condition of school administration skills in BANI World is high level (  = 4.11, S.D. = 0.56). The overall desirable condition was at a highest level (  = 4.59, S.D. = 0.48). And to study guidelines of development of school administration skills in BANI World, under the secondary education service area office Songkhla Stun consist of
9 main approaches and 27 action methods.
