Abstract

The objective of this research is to 1) study the administrative conditions of the student care and assistance system at Triam Udom Suksa Pattanakarn School, Surat Thani, under the Surat Thani Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Chumphon. 2) Study the administration of the student care and assistance system through participation. To solve the problem of students dropping out, Triam Udom Suksa Pattanakarn School, Surat Thani, under the Surat Thani Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Chumphon, 3) Presenting the administration of the student care and assistance system through participation. To address the problem of students dropping out of Triam Udom Suksa Pattanakarn School, Surat Thani, under the Surat Thani Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Chumphon, through a qualitative research study. Data were collected through in-depth interviews. 15 people involved, in-depth interviews with 5 experts, and a focus group discussion. There were 7 experts. The instrument used was an interview form. Group discussion, assessment, and analysis of the data inductively. There are steps to study the condition. Steps for studying the administrative process and the steps for presenting the process. The results of the research found that 1) there were operations according to the 5 steps of the student care and assistance system, but it was found that teachers had a lot of workload. Some counselors do not recognize the importance of getting to know each student as an individual. Counselors receive student information to screen out some students who may not provide truthful information. The attention given to counselors and homeroom students in each class varies. Advisors have a large workload and many agency policies to implement. and coordinate with organizations outside the school and other stakeholders. There was a delay in processing. and referrals may be limited in the school's image. 2) Consists of 5 steps of operating the student care and support system as follows: 1) Knowing students individually 2) Screening students 3) Promotion and development Students 4) preventing and solving problems and 5) forwarding them using participatory approaches including: participation in decision making Participation in operations, participation in benefits and participation in evaluation In summary, it was divided into 5 steps: 1. planning meeting, 2. implementing, 3. promoting and preventing, 4. evaluating and 5. reporting results. 3) The experts were of the opinion that it is possible, appropriate, and beneficial.
