The Development of an Educational Management Model to Develop Entrepreneurial Skills in the 21st Century of Students at Kaibangrachanwittayakom School

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to 1) study the current and desired states of school administration, 2) develop a school administration model, 3) experiment with the model, and 4) evaluate the model. The research was conducted in four phases: Phase 1 is research (R1 Study the current and desired states of school administration. Phase 2 is development (D1); Develop a school administration model. Phase 3 is the research (R2); experiment with a school administration model, and phase 4 is the development (D2); Evaluate the model of school administration. The sample group consisted of teachers, students, school committees and parents from Kaibangrachanwittayakom school in the academic year 2023. Specifically, there were 19 teachers, 182 students, 13 school committees and 182 parents, totaling 396 participants. The 27 data providers were experts, educational administrators, school administrators, and educational supervisors. The research tools used were questionnaires, interview forms, and evaluations. The data was analyzed using content analysis and statistical analysis, including percentages, median, and standard deviation. The research findings revealed that: 1. The overall level of fulfillment of the needs for school administration was high. 2. The school administration model consisted of five components: Principles, Objectives, Procedures, Assessment and Evaluation, and Conditions of Achievement. 3. The results of the experiment using the school administration model found that: 1) The evaluation of teachers' teaching management showed very good quality of practice 2) The evaluation of students' entrepreneurial skills in the 21st century across all components was at the highest level. 4. The evaluation of the school administration model showed the following: 1) The results of the evaluation of the satisfaction of evaluators: teachers, parents, school committees, and students, was at the highest overall level. 2) The usefulness, feasibility, accuracy, and appropriateness of the model were rated at the highest level in all aspects.
