The Implementation of the Sub-District Quality School Based on Iddhibhada 4 under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract
The objective of this research are 1) To study the operating conditions of quality schools in the subdistrict of educational institutions under the jurisdiction of the Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. 2) To study the operation of sub-district quality schools according to the 4 principles of Iddhipada of educational institutions under the jurisdiction of the Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. 3) To present the operation of quality schools in the subdistrict according to the 4 principles of Iddhipada of educational institutions under the jurisdiction of the Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2: It is qualitative research. There were 15 people who provided important information through in-depth interviews, 5 experts in in-depth interviews, and 7 expert group discussions. The tool used was a focus group interview format. The research findings were as follows: 1. Regarding the examination of the operational status of quality schools at the sub-district level, it was found that: Insufficient resources, including teachers, staff, budget, media, materials, and technology to meet the demands. Inadequate community involvement and continuous evaluation of teaching and learning management processes. Students possess knowledge and vocational skills but lack proficiency in calculations and language. Despite being good and talented individuals, students face financial challenges in further education. 2. Concerning the operation of quality schools at the sub-district level according to the 4th authority of schools, it was identified that the process consists of factors, processes, products, and results based on the principles of Chantha, Wiriyapha, Jittata, and Wimangsaa. 3. The presentation of the operation of quality schools at the sub-district level according to the 4th authority of schools was well-received in the group discussion, with participants agreeing on its appropriateness, feasibility, and usefulness for implementation.
